Come On In, the Blog is Live!
Well hello there, and welcome to the brand new Jibe Blog. As you’ve probably noticed by now, we’ve been working to tidy up a bit lately. As you can see, we have a new website with all sorts of shiny new things to check out — a snazzy new logo (see that up there?), a revamped product suite, a whole new resource center, and more. We’re very excited and hope you like what we’ve done with the place.
Personally, I’m most excited about our new blog (you’re reading it right now, fyi). Please check in often as we will be posting about a host of subjects related to today’s fast-moving recruiting landscape. With new recruiting technologies, methodologies and theories cropping up on a seemingly hour-by-hour basis, we will aim to capture as many developments as possible here, and offer our own take on what these developments mean and how they may impact the talent acquisition market.
The entire team here at Jibe is amped up and ready to share their stories, experiences and views on where the recruiting industry is headed, so we’ll have a diverse set of voices featured here from all corners of the company. And of course, we want to hear what you think, so feel free to share your views in the comments.
Yes, we’ll be talking about all the cool things happening here at Jibe and with our outstanding customers and partners, but we’ll also be sure to look outside ourselves to contribute to the larger, industry-wide conversation. The pace of innovation in the recruiting world right now is unprecedented, and Jibe is thrilled to be contributing. In the coming months and into 2014, we’ll be introducing a whole host of new offerings, including our new recruiting analytics solution, which has just been selected to present at the “Awesome New Technologies for HR” session at this year’s HR Technology Conference in Las Vegas. We’re very excited and feeling kind of, well, awesome about the whole thing.
But we’ll have plenty more to talk about before October rolls around. Next week, we’ll be taking a deep dive into the results of the first-ever Jibe Talent Acquisition Survey, so definitely come back for that and see what your peers think about a variety of subjects, including big data, elusive metrics, the ongoing candidate experience struggle, and more.
