Do we have Tiger Blood here at Jibe? Well, I’m not sure because I still don’t quite know what that means exactly. What I do know is that there are a number of innovative, fast-growing companies out there that are working hard to transform the world of HR Technology, and HCM consultancy Larocque identified 15 of them with the announcement of its “#HRwins Top HR Companies to Watch in 2014” earlier this week. And Tiger Blood or no, Jibe made the cut along with a host of other great, winning companies.


Congratulations to all the winners. It’s no easy feat to earn this distinction, considering that Larocque spent the previous 12 months briefing with and getting demos from more than 150 solution providers in the space. But to reiterate the purpose of the #HRwins campaign, its not about individual firms winning, its about the entire corporate HR and recruiting landscape winning through innovation. By thinking of and developing new ways to tackle old processes in HR, utilizing the latest technologies, the whole industry wins. That’s what we strive for here at Jibe, and we’re only able to accomplish it through the collaborative approach we take with our clients and partners. So hats off to them, and congrats again to all the #HRwins winners.

But wait, there’s more! Speaking of awesome customers, it was also announced this week that Jibe has been selected to co-present with Comcast at the annual HR Technology Conference & Expo next October in Las Vegas. How cool is that?


We couldn’t be more honored or excited to join Comcast on stage at the industry’s biggest showcase for innovation. We’ll share our story about implementing a comprehensive mobile recruiting and application solution for Comcast, one of the leading and most innovative media and technology companies in the world. And the benefits that implementation has yielded.

So while it may seem a bit early, we’re already hyped up and ready to hit the Strip in October. And if we’re lucky, maybe we’ll carry this winning streak all the way to Vegas with us.
