Mark Bissell heads up the global customer success, support, and professional services teams at Jibe. A veteran of the enterprise HR software industry, most recently Mark was Vice President of Customer Success at WeSpire, a cloud-based employee engagement platform. Before that, he was Vice President of Customer Value and Renewals at SuccessFactors, where he also held various leadership roles over more than eight years culminating with the $3.4B acquisition by SAP.
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Mark currently lives in the Greater Boston Area with his wife and 2 children.
