Jibe Partnership Brings Mobile Job Applications and Social Referrals to Direct Employer Clients

NEW YORK — February 25, 2013 — Jibe, improving the mobile and social hiring experience for job candidates and employers with innovative SaaS solutions ( https://www.jibe.com), today announced a partnership agreement with DirectEmployers Association, the leading nonprofit HR consortium of global employers. With this partnership, DirectEmployers members will receive preferential pricing on Jibe’s award-winning products, “Mobile Apply” and “Get Referred”, as well as other Jibe products.

With mobile device usage increasing dramatically, more and more job seekers are engaging with potential employers through their smartphones or tablets. In early 2012, Jibe identified a void in recruiting technology, specifically that ATS’s and ERPs were not able to handle the increasing number of mobile job applicants. In addition, Jibe’s solution delivers the application directly into the enterprise’s ATS, CRM or ERP, ensuring that employers convert mobile job seekers into applicants.
