New Solution Turns Disconnected Recruiting Data Into Real-time, Actionable Intelligence
NEW YORK — October 2, 2013 — Jibe, Inc., a leading provider of recruiting technology solutions, today announced the launch of Jibe Recruiting Analytics™, developed to provide real-time strategic insight into hiring practices. An integral component of Jibe’s award-winning recruiting platform, Recruiting Analytics pulls real-time recruiting data from disparate, unconnected systems and presents it in clean, configurable dashboards. The solution will be officially unveiled at next week’s HR Technology Conference in Las Vegas, and featured as one of the select few to be presented in the “Awesome New Technologies for HR” general session at the show.
Recruiting Analytics resides at the core of the Jibe Recruiting Platform and features an event-based analytic engine that tracks every interaction a job seeker, or candidate, has with a prospective employer, from their first visit to a career site all the way through to the hiring point. By tracking the full candidate lifecycle, Recruiting Analytics provides in-house recruitment professionals visibility into the effectiveness of their hiring practices. Among the many tasks Recruiting Analytics enables, recruiters can evaluate the effectiveness of their recruiting channels and marketing spend; analyze candidate drop-off points to improve and streamline application processes; and, create profiles of ideal candidate characteristics to allow for more finely-targeted recruiting efforts.
“We keep hearing the term ‘big data’ used in recruiting and HR, but it’s really all about meaningful data,” said Jibe founder and CEO, Joe Essenfeld. “The data has always been there, but extracting what’s actually meaningful and useable has been the true challenge. By pulling data from multiple disconnected platforms — the ATS, career sites, and others — our analytics solution enables recruitment professionals to gain real insight into what works and what doesn’t in their hiring efforts.”
“One of the most crucial components to an organization’s bottom line is hiring the right people, but until now that has been driven by a lot of instinct and guesswork,” Essenfeld continued. “With Recruiting Analytics, talent acquisition teams can make strategic hiring decisions based on clean, reliable data, allowing them to show their true value to key stakeholders.”
The first analytics solution with a laser focus on the talent acquisition component of the HR lifecycle, Jibe’s Recruiting Analytics provides users with a series of real-time dashboards that can be configured to show the metrics that are most important to them. Recruitment professionals can easily export the dashboards or raw data at any time into clear, easy-to-read reports to share with others.
Seamlessly integrated with back-end systems, Recruiting Analytics’ real-time data feeds eliminate hours of manual work. Jibe’s recent Talent Acquisition Survey revealed that in-house recruiters spend, on average, 22 hours per month manually managing and manipulating data. The survey also indicated that data currently available to recruiters is not only difficult to extract and manage, but that it is also lacking in quality, with nearly half of respondents saying they’re not confident in the data they receive. Jibe’s Recruiting Analytics eliminates this problem of questionable data integrity by filtering out polluted data.
“During the past year, we’ve seen a significant increase in the number of client inquiries on talent science and related HCM analytical topics,” wrote Jeff Freyermuth, Senior Research Analyst at Gartner, covering Talent Management Software. “Organizations that make better decisions about their people outperform the competition.” 1
Jibe’s Recruiting Analytics solution will be officially unveiled and on display at the 16th Annual HR Technology Conference & Exposition, October 7-9 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Attendees can visit Jibe’s booth, #400, for a one-to-one demo of the new solution, and can also check it out at the “Awesome New Technologies for HR” general session on Tuesday, October 8th at 1:45 pm PST. Jibe’s Recruiting Analytics was selected as one of only six solutions, from a field of more than 50 entrants, to be presented at the session.
