Senior TA & HR Consultant

Summary:

Jibe is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Consultant who is passionate about recruitment and eager to provide an incredible candidate experience to every person we contact. You will be taking over our full recruiting life-cycle; recruiting, screening and recommending placement of employees by using creative sourcing methods, both internal and external. You may also be involved in staffing and employment-related HR responsibilities such as employment law compliance, compensation, salary reviews and analysis, employee relations and other administrative HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring manager to determine staffing needs
  • Consult with hiring team to develop, evaluate and implement a customized assessment and interview process specific to the open position, including job descriptions
  • Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire) and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings
  • Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory
  • Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as career fairs, on-line job fairs, community network events, etc.
  • Develop advertising programs (internal and external) in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
  • Manage internal transfer process including screening, coordination of interview with hiring manager, transfer offer letter, etc.
  • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal customers and external vendors to ensure achievement of staffing goals
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations including Affirmative Action Plan compliance
  • Manage current candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Manage application/resume file and retention according to company policy
  • Maintain memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry
  • Other People Services responsibilities as necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an HR related field
  • 5 – 7 years of full-life cycle recruiting in a fast-paced hi-tech environment, preferably in a start-up
  • Strong active sourcing methodologies and results
  • Demonstrated ability to develop trusted advisor relationships with Hiring Managers
  • Knowledge of all types of positions
  • Proficiency with various interviewing techniques
  • Capability to negotiate with candidates and hiring manager to achieve the best win-win scenario for the organization
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
  • Knack for keeping up with multiple projects and priorities with similar deadlines
  • Self-sufficient worker who spends time taking it upon themselves to learn new business processes, systems and policies
  • Some exposure to duties typically required of a Human Resource Generalist

Nice to haves:

  • LinkedIn Recruiter Certification
  • Preference with experience in recruiting and negotiations for executive positions
  • HRIS experience, specifically with a cloud-based ATS
  • Some experience with technical recruiting
  • Some experience with managing a recruiting budget
  • Exposure to salary analysis and total rewards concepts with an insight into what the external market is for these
